Not the greatest experience. The renter seemed to be confident during the demonstration on how to operate the trailer but forgot a lot of it once he got to his site. We had to coach him through it all again over the phone. He wouldn’t refer to the operations manual that we put together for our renters. We feared he had damaged the stabilizer jacks as he had deployed them before unhitching the trailer which he was expressly told not to do until unhitching. He was moving the tongue jack up and down to its limits when he couldn’t get the trailer off his truck. Thank goodness Clark thought to ask if the stab. jacks were down during the phone conversation and got him to pull them up or else they would have been crushed. It all turned out okay in the end but it was stressful.
