Jeff was very easy to communicate with and replied promptly to all of our questions. We opted for the delivery/pickup, he set it up for us and took his time to explain how everything works. Definitely recommend and will book again!

Because of timing we were not there for pick up, but there were no issues and Jeff was fine not having us there. Jeff went through how to use everything and tested everything before hand to make sure it was all in working order. Very personable and responded quickly to any questions we had.

We had the trailer dropped off at our campsite and that included complete set up ~ it couldn’t have been easier! Jeff was friendly, flexible and available if we had any questions though out the rental experience. I have rented many onsite trailers but this was my 1st. Rvezy experience and it was seamless.
