Nadya, David, Delilah (7), and Jonah (4) were our first renters. This was also a first time for them to rent an RV or to camp in one! They encountered an accident that closed down the highway they were travelling and were rerouted backwards. They tried to fuel at the nearest general store, but that store was out of gas. They had to retrace their steps by another 40 minutes to fuel their vehicle. Throughout these issues, as soon as there was cell signal, they checked in to let us know where they were and their timing. Although they were to come to us and pick up the RV, we volunteered to drive the RV to their campsite and do the checklist/training there. We opted not to charge them for the delivery fee to do this, just the fuel costs, as it was such a short distance from our home. We spent a great deal of time with them, perhaps 1 and 3/4 hrs. We did the setup of the RV at the campsite, levelling it and hooking it up, etc. We had them watch and help so that they would know how to prep it for leaving; they were still to return it to us at the end of their rental. They were very attentive, and anxious to make sure they had everything right. There were 1 or 2 tiny wear and tear type issues, which we are not concerned about, but on the whole they were very careful with our RV and were very happy with their experience. David and Nadya were very friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with.
