Kerri T.août 2021We had a great week, however we left one drawer full of items on our rented RV by mistake along with a King size blanket and a golf umbrella. Unfortunately we were in a hurry to be at an event and so did not recheck to make sure we got all of our items. I called and left a message that same afternoon and 2 more messages the next 2 days before finally getting through to someone. They then told me all of my items had been thrown out due to Covid. That is ridiculous! All they had to do was bag them or box them up and set them aside and call me. After all they had to pick them up to throw them out - why not give me a time limit to pick them up (even 24 hours) The items probably had a value of about$200. A great week away was ruined by a ridiculous action by a clean up person. We are very disappointed!
nishandiran J.août 2021Rene prepared the RV perfectly! The dishes were the perfect amount, the linens were cleaned and wrapped in bags for safe keeping, and the RV was spotless at pick up! Rene communicated with us easily and quickly. Would recommend working with Rene.

Jackie K.mars 2021We booked last minute and went with our two boys and puppy. Rene was quick to reply and great to communicate with. The RV place that we picked up from were super helpful as well. The RV was even better than we expected! It had everything you needed for a good trip including towels, face towels, pots, pans, utensils, sheets, blankets, extra toilet paper and more! The layout of the RV was great and everything in the RV was so thoughtfully made. It was great to have the manual to help us with running the RV and the video the RV place sent us helped a lot too. The only surprise for me was the fee to bring a pet but we would have brought her anyways. It would have been nice to know we had to pay $100 prior to booking though. We had a really great time in the RV and we loved our first RV trip. We will be renting again!

Lisa C.août 2020Getting a better rate on a medium sized RV from one of the bigger rental companies was great! The unit was very clean and well stocked with tools. Should note the rental did not come with stabilizer jacks or stands of any kind, and levelling pads were an additional charge. Everything was handy and explained carefully, they also had a detailed manual with pictures in it which was also helpful. Very clean and equipped with everything we needed, we used the bunker bed and the usual bed and they both were super comfy.
