First off thank you for the opportunity to rent this amazing camper we Thoroughly enjoyed it!! Rocket was a friendly greeting as well each time 😍 The experience dealing with Al was amazing quick and efficient he went over everything so we knew the details of the camper and the best part was everything you could of needed and more was available to you inside !! My family was quite impressed when they didnt have something I was like i have it 😍🤣 Definitely will be a return customer!!

Al was great to deal with, He made our first RV rental experience awsome,we learn a lot of new things about RV,we spend one of the best night outside of home in this nice RV we really feel like we were still at home ,thank you vary much for everything.

Al provided such great service by explaining everything I needed to know prior to leaving with the trailer. Being a newbie, he patiently answered all my questions and was easily reachable throughout our weekend if I had any additional ones. The trailer was extremely clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to get through the weekend. Beyond my greatest expectations for sure. Best part was watching the stars in the sky while laying in bed! I will definitely be renting this cute trailer again. Thanks for everything Al! :)

Al was excellent! He told us everything we needed to know beforehand and has a clean, well equipped trailer. He was beyond kind to us and we couldn’t have asked for better service. We highly recommend renting his adorable trailer. P.S. We loved his friendly dog, Rocket as well! 💕

Was a fun experience! This trailer is amazing for two. The picture window you can look through from the bed was perfect for star gazing at the campground. Al was super helpful going over everything before we left. Well eqipped and clean unit! Will be renting again.

This first rental was so fun and enjoyable, and way beyond what we ever imagined. Al was so kindhearted and amenable, even going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He answered our many questions with great patience. The unit was exactly what we needed, plus more. We will gladly be looking to try this option again, thanks to Al.

Well my overall experience was an amazing experience. We got to travel around our nice province for 30 days with our cab truck. Mother Nature collaborated with us by sending lots of sunshine. What did happened we got off with on a very bad start. It could have been a disaster trip. As per notes we discussed the issue of the BBQ. Unfortunately, the BBQ provided was not in good condition. It was badly rusted and we were unable to see the blue gas flame . It gave gaz only on the half side of the horseshoe element. It had not been clean and it was full of BBQ sauce. Approx 1/2 in thick. It was horrible to clean and even after I spent 4 hours cleaning the provided BBQ it still was not in good working order. I cooked bacon and eggs and this took two hours to prepare. Totally unacceptable. I can send a pic of the owners discusting BBQ. All in all I was 5 days without a BBQ and made meal preparation very nerve ranking since I really had high hopes to eat a lot of BBQ. I had bought all BBQ foods . The outcome of that situation was our camping neighbor lend us his after he was finish and said we had to eat. I did approach the owner and gave me permission to purchase a $ $50.00 BBQ. When I went to the store I ended purchasing one for me for my personal use until the owner can decide for himself how to repair or replace his RV BBQ. I ending paying $115 for BBQ plus tax and $60 for new propane gas tank. This I was confortable without using plyers and taking his RV apart. Therefore, I request compensation for this and others items I needed to purchase. A screwdriver, to repair his door, a tray. To transport food from RV to table, a whip tool to cook eggs and a level for areas where it was hilly and you needed it to ensure the RV was levelled for the appliances to function properly. All in all the cost of the rental plus the expense of camping fees it does become more expensive that if we would have made the same trip and stayed in motel/hotels without the fresh air experience. All in all, without this issue our trip could have been perfect. I hope you take serious consideration for my request. Regards,
