Renting a trailer was the best choice for us. For a small fee they will even deliver the trailer to the campsite (within reason) and set it up. Overall a wonderful first time experience!

Very spacious, clean and easy to arrange. AC was a treat! It was a very warm weekend. I was surprised to not have enough water for the weekend. This is my first time to rent a trailer, did not consider questioning this aspect.

The camper itself was wonderful. It wasn’t clean when we received it but we were refunded cleaning fee for this incident. As well as water pump quit on us halfway through our usage time but Smyl was on it right away and tried to fix on site but couldn’t so then we got a refund for a nights stay and free delivery and pickup next time we use them for rental so all in all I’m happy that we were fairly compensated for the mishaps. We will definitely still use Smyl RV next time we rent.

Nice trailer and exactly as pictured. We were travelling by plane to Alberta so a little inconvenient to have to before my sheets and towels but I get why they aren’t included (sanitary reasons, I’m sure). Like other reviews, I think some camping chairs would have been a nice addition. Otherwise we had everything we needed (but make sure you know how to use a camping coffee percolator). It was nice to get a list of included items along with a list of things to bring with you before our trip. Communication was pretty good, although we didn’t hear back after calling the service guy about emptying the tanks but we made it to the end of the week without getting them full (we were using my brother’s house for showers). We had a great time, thank you!

RV was great except that the air conditioning didn't work. There is way too much red tape with RVezy. I lost count of the number of emails I received. It felt like I was being harassed. There were too many hidden costs associtaed with this booking. What I initially thought would be a $100 a day rental turned out to be $250. For that cost I could have easily booked a luxurious suite. I also could have rented a high end convertible for much less than $250 a day. Because of those hidden costs i will never book through RVezy again.

Everything went great aside from one little hiccup that was managed. Great little trailer for two. Would rent again if ever needed.

RVezy was very helpful. The dealership where the camper came from is very difficult to get a person to deal with. And they assume that you are computer literate.

We had our trailer delivered and Ernie was an absolute gem! If you rent this trailer you are in good hands as we had to call him a few times with some issues. But he came right away and was so always so helpful!

The RV was great. We had a great time. But there were afew issues I was not happy with. Coffee maker was broken so we had to drive to nearest town and purchase one. No space heater was included as indicated on the list of things included. Nobody showed up at the scheduled pickup time on our day of leaving. After waiting an extra hour I left a message and we had to leave.

Communication break down between rental contact & delivery man. On delivery of our unit, ac wasn't working & didn't receive replacement in our 8 days of camping. Fridge not primed so waited for it to cool to place our food in it. Delivery man; Ernest gave us his cell number to contact for any other issues or questions. Enjoyed our stay in the Passport but know we need a larger unit for next summer.

Overall it was a great experience. There was some confusion around our pickup time for the unit but Smyl’s customer service was great for making it right. They were great to deal with and we would definitely do it again. Our only comment would be that a tow hitch and levelling bars were listed under amenities but when we arrived for pickup there was initially no intention of providing a hitch.

This camper was a great rental. Didn’t have any issues with the camper and Smyl RV was great to deal with and very fast response time with any questions we had.

Electrical system wouldnt work properly had no a/c no plug ins worked inside the camper, disappointing, would also suggest filling with chlorinated water to help with odor when using sinks. NO garbage bags,

This was the easiest most amazing camping trip thanks to RVEZY and Smyl Motors in St. Paul. The trailer was delivered and set up. Fully stocked and ready to go. All the kids and I had to do was show up. I will be booking them annually for our camping trip.

Having the unit dropped off and picked up directly at the campsite for my parents who flew in from BC to join the family on a camping trip was so easy, so helpful and very appreciated! It was very easy to set up and complete all the transactions and handle the booking. All my questions during the booking were answered in a timely and friendly manner. Both drop off and pick up were completed quickly, efficiently and the employees were so friendly, helpful and everything was completed at the times we agreed upon for both drop off and pick up. We had a great time! The Sabre fit our family of 5 with no issues whatsoever. The a/c worked great with our power site and we found everything we needed in the rv for cooking, washing dishes, etc. We had a question on the fridge but it was answered right away. The drop off and pick up was at the agreed upon time and friendly, helpful people met us both times. We would not hesitate to recommend this RV or Smyl RV and we will definitely rent from them again.

Very nice trailer. Loved how the design allowed the bathroom, kitchen and couch lots of room. Very comfy little trailer. A few things didn’t work but for the most part it was decent. Would recommend. Customer service was great!!

I have been very happy with my first rvezy experience and will recommended it. Sidney was great to work with and answered all my questions in a timely matter. Ernie drop off and pickup the unit and was a pleasure to deal with and took his time explaining the features. Their customer service was professional and efficient. We will definitely rent through rvezy and Smyl RV Centre again!

In terms of the issues, first off the delivery was 2.5 hours late. I get that circumstances can arise but the one call we received said it would be there by 5pm which would have been an hour late. Next, the sofa air mattress wouldn't hold air and had blood drops on it. Also, the back bunk bed did not have any kind of a ladder or way to easy climb onto it so would have to stack pillows for a person to get up. Finally, not sure what the issue was but even with everything turned off, the toaster would pop the breaker, same with the microwave.

The trailer was better than hoped and the company was very good to work with! The layout of the trailer provides lots of space (two large slides, and the sleeping areas are private and separate from one another. Working with Ernie to arrange delivery was easy and so convenient. We just had to show up and meet him and he took care of everything. Don't forget to bring hangers for your clothes in the closets. Everything else was well-stocked and well-maintained, with good storage spaces inside and out.

Great experience on our first family camping trip. Was delivered clean and completely ready to go full of water and propane. All dishes, pots and pans etc there to use and was nice being able to pack our stuff up and not have to worry about emptying/returning. Will definitely rent again next year. Thanks!

Corresponded with the rep to book this spacious unit for a week at the lake. She answered all my questions promptly. The unit comes with kitchenware but you pretty much have to bring your own tables, chairs, linens etc. When asked if they had clothes hangers, she said no and to bring our own, but they were stocked with lots of hangers. Drop off was on time and set up was looked after beautifully. The friendly and patient rep oriented us to the trailer which we appreciated before leaving us to start our vacation. Things were going well until the second night we noticed the battery was running low. We charged the battery with a hook up to the truck until it showed full and thought it resolved the problem. By the third night it was beeping and our generator was unable to hook up to the rv (kept saying overloading) so topped it up with the truck again best we could. By the wee hours of the morning we had no power nor could the propane work to keep the refridgerator on. Called the company rep on the matter. He kindly came out the same day and determined we were equipped with a drained battery and replaced it, Perhaps checking on the battery situation beforehand can prevent future inconveniences for both parties. Found a previous renter's underwear and a kid's toy. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the accommodation! Pick up time was a couple of hours late - no problem, these things can happen. However, I would recommend calling your customers immediately if there is a delay in case another group is booked at our camp site. We enjoyed our time away. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Super easy to deal with, camper super clean! Made for such a great family camping trip. Drop off and pick up were super easy. Highly recommend! Only thing is I wish they had started fridge hours before, fridge took a good 24 hours to really get cold but other from that, everything was really great!

Really great service, this RV doesn't have AC eventhough it's listed and you don't have any electricity without a generator or serviced site.

SMYL RV were absolutely wonderful! The RV is exactly what you get, it is wide, well stocked kitchen and has two pullouts for lots of space. We easily fit 4 adults and two children (with their play pens). They were able to delivery it and Ernie/Mark were wonderful and helped answer all our questions! We will be definitely returning soon and making more memories!

The driver delivered the RV on time and with a smile! Although we knew we had rented a 2009 we expected the RV to be in better condition than it was. It showed a lot of wear and tear. The grill inside for the air conditioner was black with dirt or soot?? The second bedroom showed a bed, but all we had was a mattress on the floor so we had to borrow a mattress from a neighbour for the second night. Not very comfortable. Also the air mattress on the hide-a-bed is riddled with holes, that mattress is not going to hold any air. However we made the best of it and it all turned out ok. However we want to thank you because we did have a great weekend with our family.

Thanks we had a good time. I have to mention the water in the trailer really had a bad smell. The air conditioner vent was very dirty. Otherwise enjoy it.
