Answered all my messages and question, detailed with all trailer settings/ functions ect Trailer is great for newbies! Very simple to use and tow! Only disappointment was unable to use the awning and fridge due to previous renters damage and it wasn't fixed yet. Was told day of pick up. Everything else was great and perfect first experience. Would recommend !
