Ended up with a beautiful trailer, but was quite a difficult process, not the trailer we paid for and attempted to add hundreds of dollars of extra charges the day we were supposed to pick up the trailer.

Excellent communication from Robert, wonderful experience overall. Will definitely rent from him again.
