Don is an excellent host & very chill. He took his time to explain everything. Winnie was a real Champ!

Don explained everything well so we felt comfortable driving right out of the gate. RV was well equipped. Perfect for a family of 4 touring the the island.

We had an excellent trip in Don's Winnibego. It was our first time in an RV and in Canada and Don was helpful and reassuring. He gave us a full run down, manual and road test. We were 3 adults including one 6ft7 who slept comfortably in the cabin over the cab. The van is v well designed, equipped with everything you need like sheets, towels, camp chairs etc so you can just step on with your suitcase and go. It's and sturdy and and reliable and we drove well over 1000km in a week's tour round the island including into mountains. If you are novice RVers like us check the details of the services in your campsites. Some offer electric and waste disposal at your pitch or centrally but the front woods ones in national parks are much more basic. However the RV has you covered with large water tank, propane stove and fridge and options to use battery or generator as back up if needed. Overall we had a great trip - very memorable. Thanks Don!

Don was very thorough with the departure and return inspection and very friendly and flexible with pickup and return times…we were in constant communication.

We had an amazing trip in the RV it was perfect and we are for sure going to come back if we are going on a trip in a RV again. The host was excellent in both communication and in showing us the camper.

We loved every second of our adventure with Winnie. She drove very well. She took on the challenge of the mountains like a champ. The beds were comfortable. Loads of cooking equipment. Don the owner was great. If I needed help with anything while we were on the road he responded quickly.

Don was super to deal with and his RV was a pleasure to travel in. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed driving and living in Winnie for the 8 nights we booked for. Don was very accommodating with the booking and return and was very thorough with his tutorial about all the features. She drove really smoothly and the rear parking camera made parking and 7 point turns much easier to deal with. The fridge and freezer worked exceptionally well and the aircon was very welcome to cool everything down for sleeping during the hot weather. The beds were comfy and the rv had all the equipment, bedding and towels we needed. All in all we had an excellent time and would certainly rent Winnie again given the chance.

Don was easy to communicate with and we were able to extend our stay by a day as well. Appreciated the outdoor mat, chairs, towels etc they were provided.

There were some hiccups but Don and family were considerate and resolved them. Nice people, big adventure.

Don was easy to deal with and helpful answering questions. Almost everything worked on the RV but it is in ruff shape and drives ruff on the hwy. The selection of amenities leaves a lot to be desired and when we picked the RV up it was very dirty. It had a very dirty bathroom and not fully empty black water. Smelly and moldy fridge and freezer. Bloody snot on the bed. Unswept. Don was also over half an hour late meeting us. Not too happy paying a $100 cleaning fee when we had to spend hours cleaning it to feel comfortable. Also a hub cap came off somewhere on our journey (positive it must have been loose) and it we got charged $150 more for that too. Would be a great RV with a decent owner if, he was on time, did the proper cleaning, up graded the amenities and did the required repairs to the RV. Over all expected a lot more for the price

Winnie was a fantastic beast, and very easy to drive! This was our engagement trip and it was brilliant. Would book again. Very comfortable and well maintained inside. Great custom, comfortable, firm bed. Don was a gentleman and kindly picked us up and dropped us off, easy to talk to and lovely guy!

We (4 adults) took Winnie around Vancouver island and had a wonderful time. Don was very helpful with getting us set up and ready to go. The RV was clean and stocked. Thank you Don!

Don's motorhome was perfect for our 9 day vacation on Vancouver Island. Plenty of space to carry everything we needed, comfortable and it drove very well at highway speeds.
