Unit was returned perfectly and with The fan working which was giving problems before hand due to a fuse so I appreciate them figuring out the problem. I hope they enjoyed their trip despite the little hiccup with the power and fuse and would be happy to rent to them again anytime:)

Just completed my final clean up of the trailer after the rental. JS was great in communication and quite easy to work with. The trailer return with no damage. However, the amount of dust and mud inside the trailer surprised me. The dust took me almost two days to clean up as it is everywhere from stove to bed even inside of the washroom. I have been staying in very remote and dusty area and never seen this much dust inside the trailer. I later realize the possibly how it was like this. I found multiple windows were not fully shut which means the mud and dust likely got in when the trailer were tow on the HWY. May be a bit more attention to detail could help with this as i wouldn't even consider the trailer can be slept in if this is how JS and his family were stay over the 3 days. Also keeping windows not fully shut has a chance to damage the trailer so it is important to have those shut and lock in place next time if you ever rent or stay in another trailer.
