Ryan was a very good renter, you could tell he has concern and respect for the equipment. He asked lots of questions, he contacted me anytime he had a question about the unit. I would much rather have someone ask me to talk them through something like putting the awning in or out than force something or cause damage. Because this was the first useage if the RV this season there where a couple of little hiccups that went unnoticed after winter storage, but he was understanding and helpful. I had installed a new entrance assist handle last fall, and this was the first renter to use it, the top screws pulled out and he let me know right away and removed the bottom screws and had all the parts neatly together for me upon return. I respect that! Another renter might have tried to hide that anything happened or deny that they did it. It will be an easy repair so I'm not concerned about any damages, but I respect his calling me right away to let me know. I would recommend him to anyone he might contact in the future and hope he will book from me again!
