Chris and Rachelle were very accommodating to us being first time users, any questions we had they were quick to respond. All the little touches they have in the rv were great, like the clothes line and extra batteries. They cared about our experience enough to make sure there were games onboard for traveling as well as outdoor games. The TVs and DVDs came in handy on the rainy day. I highly recommend Chris and Rachelle and their rv, you will not regret it. We will be renting with them again.
