My husband and I have never rented a trailer before and in fact, we hadn't camped in about 20 years, so we had no idea what to expect. I had a million questions and Tiffany answered them all quickly and politely. Picking up and dropping off the trailer was easy. We had a few minor issues while we were out (the water hose leaked outside - my husband replaced the 0-ring and the problem was solved, the hot water tank leaked outside but we were able to get a part for $4.00 and that problem was solved too). Once it stopped snowing we had a great time and didn't really want to come back home. Tiffany and her husband were always helpful and so nice. I would rent from them again. Owners were very personable and responsive. Trailer comes fully equipped. The queen size mattress was super comfortable.
