Good communication , but they came back with damage to my new RV. Back cushion for dinette was ripped from the kids going up in the bed above the front seats, missing what help the toilet paper roll, and an expensive coffee mug. I mentioned and it was written in the binder I included to bring it back clean , floor was dirty and there was a shewed gum stuck under the sitting area. Pretty dissapointing for my first experience
