Deanna’s RV cottage was great! It’s so peaceful there and there’s lots to keep you entertained. You can take kayaks or canoes out, enjoy the hot tub right on the water, or just hang out by the fire. I would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing time!

Deanna has thoughtfully set up this experience, setting the conditions to relax and be in the moment, from waking up drinking coffee on your private dock watching the early fishers to taking the provided kayaks or canoe for a paddle around Plaisance National Park and watching the sunset over the Ottawa River.

The RV was great. Pictures don't do it justice. The views are beautiful and it has everything you could possibly need. Instantly wished I would have booked for more than just a weekend. It made for a perfect getaway. Between the hot tub, canoes and kayaks there is lots to do.

Great accommodation great service great location. Quiet and private steps from the water with great views. This is our 2nd visit and we hope to return again

Such a fabulous place to stay. Hosts were exceptional; friendly and responsive. The location is perfect- the kayaking on the Ottawa River is simply wonderful. The hot tub is a perfect way to start and end the day (at sunset-glorious view). Even on a rainy day, the gazebo is wonderful. The screening let's you stay out at night and avoid the mosquitoes. The RV is large enough that you don't feel trapped if thunderstorms keep you inside. The location is great for water and hiking enthusiasts, as well as artists. The sketching and painting opportunities are endless. Nearby Rockland has all the shops you need, and beautiful buildings to sketch, paint or photograph. I highly recommend Tranquil Waterfront, even though I really want to keep it for myself 🤓

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. Highly recommend as Deanna and her husband are wonderful hosts. The pictures don't do this place justice, anyone who comes here will be so surprised how beautiful and clean this place is.

Deanna & her husband are great hosts! Very clean & well-appointed accommodation; special touches like popcorn packets andS’mores kit for the camp fire. The view of the river is beautiful and the sunsets absolutely gorgeous! A wonderful place to relax.

What a wonderful spot for a getaway!!! Deanna and her husband are wonderful people. The RV was spotless and very well equiped, the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was done in a very friendly way. We loved the use of the canoe and kayaks. Deanna let us know where to find "special" spots to enjoy the water. Having my morning coffee and reading a book in the gazebo overlooking the water was amazing. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely awesome!! Beautiful place, sunny blue sky, very friendly hosts. A three days romantic getaway weekend as part of our 29th anniversary celebration, couldn't ask for a better setup. The hot tub adds a very nice touch. Across the river is the Quebec Plaisance National Park with lots of islands and places to explore if you are in kayaking or canoeing. We'll definitely go back.

Beautiful little getaway for a couple to spend some quality time together my husband and I truly enjoyed ourself and Deanna and her family were so friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do in the area thank you again will definitely book again
