Brandon rented the trailer to rent to someone else. We had communication issues as I don’t think he was familiar with the app. He had trouble getting himself verified. Once this was done we tried to explain that the person who was signing for the trailer needed to be verified but he did not answer calls/texts. We spoke with the family who had rented the trailer from him and they were great and understanding. I would suggest in the future that Brandon familiarize himself with the rules for renting through RV Ezy.
