Jeff was easy to deal with and even came by a couple of days before the actual rental so that we could go over things. However I did feel a little rushed when trying to explain everything to him and I'm not sure he fully understood his responsibilities as a renter, ie: return the RV with a FULL gas tank and to clean the interior. I'm sure in the future he would take the extra time to learn what the "do's" and "don'ts" are when renting an RV.
