This trailer and experience was perfect for our 2 week holiday in Penticton. Paula was great to communicate with while booking and during our stay. The trailer had ALL the amenities we needed for a family of four. Looking forward to booking again for 2024 for our next holiday!

RV had everything we needed and more (we didn’t even end up using half of the stuff we added on). Paula is super communicative and has a super handy manual that tells you everything you need to know before your trip. Would definitely rent again.

Paula and her husband were excellent to deal with. Very helpful, and they literally thought of everything. We ended up being so busy we didn't get a chance to use most of things provided in the RV... but... we plan to remedy that in the future! We will be booking again and will make sure we can relax and thoroughly enjoy all that this RV provides :)

They were quick to respond with any questions we had and after booking sent a list of inventory items as well as a list of little nuances (i.e. where to find different things, extra things to be aware of, etc). Their trailer was very clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. Would definitely rebook with Jason and Paula. The whole experience was a pleasure!! Thank you both so much for accommodating our family and adding so much to our holiday!!

Paula and Jason were a pleasure to deal with. The R.V came with everything we needed.

This was our first time renting a camper - and was fabulous! Paula was extremely helpful, easy to work with and went over the top when we had issues with our site. We had it dropped off and again it was such an easy process. A perfect trailer for our family of 5, and the outdoor kitchen was extremely nice to cut down in and out activity! It had everything we needed! Next time we would bring some sort of pillow top for the queen bed as it was a bit hard for our particular liking. We would absolutely rent this again in the future!

We had such a wonderful time as a family of 5 and our dog in this very well equipped trailer! Paula was such a pleasure to deal with and very hospitable with her trailer. Thank you Paula!

From booking our trailer to the end of our camping trip, we had an amazing experience thanks to Paula and Jason! It was our family's first time camping with a trailer and it has been nothing but comfort throughout. Communicating with Paula pre and post our camping trip was very easy. She always responded promptly to any questions we have. I would have to say, out of the four trailer rentals we had during this camping trip, Paula was the most organized. Upon booking their trailer, she sent me an Inventory list of the trailer which helped us tremendously in packing only what we needed for our trip as everything else was provided in her trailer. This helped us a lot as we were driving 5 hours away from our campsite and our vehicle had limited capacity. Paula also sent us a delivery and pickup procedure prior to our trip. This was especially helpful as it was our first time renting a trailer and glamping! It definitely made the delivery and pickup procedure a lot easier and organized. Paula and Jason arrived at our campsite earlier than discussed and we are very glad they did as we ended up arriving to our campsite earlier than planned. This ensured setup wait time was minimal. Pick up was also a breeze. The trailer came with everything we could ever need. We had last minute questions and requests and Paula and Jason was sure to include it. We definitely recommend renting from Paula and Jason. I cannot stress the importance of renting from friendly, responsive, and professional owners like them who understand. It definitely helps with relieving some of the stress that comes with camping plans and coordination. We will definitely rent with them again. Thanks again Paula and Jason for providing us a wonderful camping experience we will never forget! Bravo on your organization skills! It contributed to such a seamless and amazing experience!
