Tori was great. Easy to communicate with. Very punctual on her timing of pickup and delivery. Persevered through the hitch up process with 4 pin to 7 pin issues. Returned the trailer with our adaptor improved by her uncle so we won't have issues in future. Thanks Tori, looking forward to seeing you rent the silver shadow in future.
