Joan was an absolute pleasure to rent to! Right from the get go she was wonderful to deal with and was just as lovely in person. She took such great care with our unit and even with a minor mishap she was so proactive that she already had a solution before we even knew about it. Any owner would be lucky to have her as a renter.
