The renter took exceptional care of the trailer. He repaired a leak in the roof around the exhaust fan which caused the cushions to be soaked. Unfortunately he was not able to use the trailer for the first night. he is asking for a refund for 2 nights as a result to cover the night he could not use it and his labour. I would definitely recommend him to any other owner.
