Great rental

This is our first RV experience. The RV owner Melvin is a such nice guy. He explained very detail with patient about his RV at check out. He provided us with cooking pots and some utensils knowing that we came from Toronto. The RV is really good for 8 peoples without any problem. passengers were enjoying space inside while riding. we don't have any problem to drive this RV. it is wonderful RV experience. Very Nice, much better than our expectations. We will come back to Melvin again next time in Calgary.

Nice expérience over Alberta Rockies. The RV has really all space you need for a confort trip. The host answer promptly all our questions. Reco to bring all our stuff (pan, plates, coffee machine, spoon, fork knife, etc) that by chance we know friends who pass over our trip. Thanks to our host Melvin

Handles the road well and easy to use. Lots of space for sleeping and storage. If you want to watch tv, bring a DVD player and check the needed wires. We forgot ours. Very clean unit, would rent it again!

RV is clean, well-maintained, easy to drive and set up and would easily sleep two families of four. Owner is flexible and easy to deal with. We would definitely rent this RV again.

Melvin was great to deal with. The RV was as advertised and in near perfect condition. As this was our first time out in an RV we appreciated the in depth and useful instructions. We will be booking again in the near future.

Good unit easy to grab and use.

Booking, picking up & drop off of the RV was very simple and hassle-free. I wasn’t provided with the vehicle registration and it needed a quick clean when we picked up but other then that, it was a great experience!

Nice and basic RV, perfectly suited to families. We needed to take everything ourselves (cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment, linens etc), which we only found out about because we asked (but we may have been told anyway closer to pick up). Some broken things in the RV, such as the taps in the shower (which owner said he was going to fix) and a shelf panel, but this didn’t really impact us. Generator was not working, which we were told about the morning of pick up. Were given a $10 per night discount at drop off. Owner was easy to deal with and no issues during pick up or drop off.

Excellent unit that worked out great for our family! A couple challenges at pick up and drop off due to unforeseen circumstances, but both were handled extremely well. Would definitely rent again!

Melvin has been very responsive to my messages. The unit is spacious, lots of storage and sleeping space. We took it to Invermere and it handled the road nicely through the mountains.

RV was spacious and Melvin was kind. I do not recommend this motor home to any visitors from another country or province because it is NOT equipped. No mugs for your coffee, no glass of wine, no strainer for you to cook pasta, no cloths to wipe your dishes, not even plates! How could someone rent an RV and bring that on the plane? That situation was really irritating since the owner new we came from across the country. This motor home is not is good condition : the main window is cracked front side to side plus many big chips, the microwave is not screw in place it almost felt on the floor while we drove so we managed to put it on a way it doesn't fall but we could not use it, we could not use the shower because the door did not close so the water was going directly on the floor and there was no shower mat, the water tank gage doesn't work, we spent a complete evening thinking we were not filling the tank properly and trying to fix that problem, the Rv is not very clean, I did not want to sit directly on the front seats they were stained everywhere. Melvin offered us 50$ to buy the stuffs we missed ourself. First: who wants to spent 3 hours of his vacation, a very expensive week, to shop? Second, there is absolutely no Walmart in Banff or Jasper so our only option would have been to go back to Calgary, that was not an option. There is no reminders or procedures to help the guests on how to use the motorhome (we owned an RV at home but everyone is different and it would have been practical to have some informations directly on the fridge for example or near the tank). Melvin has accepted to give us linens and towels for our trip which was nice but somes sheets were smelly or not washed at all (they were new still in a box) just like the towels, not washed. We were 7 people but he gave us 5 towels and 3 of the pillows were not good anymore, we couldn't use it. Well, if you have your own camping stuff and your not fussy with cleanliness, this is a good option. But me, for 2500$ for a week I was expecting this RV to be better maintained, to be able to drink my coffee in a mug Instead of a plastic disposable cup and to have something to flip my eggs in the morning. With 4 teenagers it gave us a really hard time 3 times a day.

Was very disappointed at the shape that the motor home was in. Many broken and in need of repair things are required for this unit. Would not recommend others to rent this unit. Feel the cleaning charge should be waved as had to clean the unit before we could load it. Owner is aware of all repairs that are need and in my option isn’t interested in doing anything

Rv was decent shape. Got stuck in 4th gear a lot and was told it was just wind or working hard. Hose hookup was already damaged and he had to show us a “special” way to use it , then we get blamed for stripping it when we get back after we weren’t even able to fill properly. Rv was great to have and easy to use. Lots of space and storage. Make sure you understand when you’re supposed to get it and give it back as we were very confused and caused someone else to leave half a day late.
