I met Chad at a centrally located mall to take delivery. All towing and operating systems were fully explained. The trailer tows beautifully. It was a worry free vacation. Susanna and Rob C.août 2019We just rented this RV trailer for a 2 week family trip to Canada’s east coast. Chad was amazing to rent with. He made himself so accessible, by first allowing us to view the trailer before our trip and provided us with a thorough walk-thru, showing us how everything worked. He also provided us with his cell number, and was eager to answer any questions we had about the trailer during our trip. On the day of pick-up, he agreed to meet us in the local Walmart parking lot to allow plenty of room for hookup to our vehicle. Chad goes above and beyond to ensure his RV trailer is equipped with EVERYTHING needed for a long trip. As a family of four, there was plenty of room for us to move around comfortably as well as overhead bed storage for clothes, and under the bed storage for bigger items. We would definitely use this RV again in the future. Thanks Chad!
Jerry C.mai 2019A big thank you to Chad for offering up a very comfortable and well appointed Sportsmen travel trailer. As a first time RVEZy user he was so accommodating with pickup and drop off, guided me through the process, was available for any questions throughout the rental period, and was professional and courteous. The trailer itself is a very recent model, is well maintained and clean ... the pictures don't do it justice. The queen bed and 2 rear bunks were comfortable, and the dinnette slide-out opened up the middle of the trailer into a nice spacious living space. The kitchen and bath was well stocked with all the amenities with a lot of added touches. Chad really goes above and beyond thinking of many little things like providing tinfoil, cling-wrap, sandwich bags, lots of RV toilet paper, hydrogen peroxide and bandages, coffee supplies, a flashlight, a cordless drill for the leveling jacks, separate clear bins for the fresh water and sewage hoses, outdoor cooking utensils, a crock pot ... the list goes on and on. In terms of towing, I traveled ~800km and it towed great with the provided weight-distribution hitch and anti-sway bar. Chad even hooked it up for me on pickup, talking me through every step. It was a very easy hookup when I did it myself for the return trip. The sweet spot for highway cruise speed was around 95 - 105kmph. Any faster and the fuel economy really suffered and the winds buffeted the trailer more than I preferred. Your mileage will vary, literally. Bottom line, rent this trailer, bring your linens, bedding, and groceries and you're on your way to a wonderful glamping vacation with your family in style and comfort.
