Great communication, took great care of the trailer !

It was a pleasure dealing with Alain and his family.They brought the RV back just as they got it .We were very satisfied on both side. It was very clean on return.Thanks again Alain. Hope you remember us in the future.

Trailer was not respected by the Alain. Returned in an absolute mess with dirty dishes in sinks, on counter (greasy pans) and in drawers/cabinets. Cooked on food on stove and garbage litter all over the floors. Trailer was taken to multiple locations that were not discussed prior to delivery of Trailer (which normally wouldn't be an issue, but the responsibility as an owner to track the mileage, wear and tear is not possible to achieve when information is withheld). Renter caused multiple items of damage to the unit and tried to fix many of these himself (some he communicated but most he did not). Treated the damages I pointed out in his presence ad a non issue and shrugged it off. Missing utensils that were clearly listed on the inventory list. I would never rent to this individual again as I don't feel my property was treated with any care
