The owner(s?) of this camper were accommodating, allowed us to extend a day and also pickup early so we could get a early start to our vacation. You will however be confused about who you are dealing with as there were many people involved and Mirza will not be the one showing it. It will be someone who doesn't know anything about the camper and doesn't take the inspection process and paperwork very seriously, so be prepared to figure out everything on your own. As for the camper itself, it is older and worn but mostly does the trick. It started leaking water in the bathroom a few minutes after filling the tank and using the pump. We could only use the pump for emergency bathroom use at night for fear of contributing to the already extensive water damage. We had to teach the kids to turn on the pump before use and to immediately turn it off after. No regular use of the bathroom, no cooking, no dishes, no hot water. The camper was basically just a place to sleep. Make sure you test the water system before taking this as they told us the problem was fixed but clearly it wasn't. They had it parked for inspection and pickup at a place where there was no electricity or water hookup available so we couldn't properly test. Also, be sure to check the fluid levels, the black water tank wasn't emptied prior to our use. If they fixed the camper properly, had communicated better, had someone knowledgable doing the walkthrough and allowed us to test everything, and it all worked they would have got 5 stars. Room for improvement for sure. Terrible first experience with RVezy. It'll be tough to come back.

Great renters treated trailer like their own

Terrific young family.They topped up the the gas tank and the lp gas and left the unit very tidy; no damage at all. And best of all they enjoyed their trip.
