Great host to deal with. A couple of issues with the battery and water pump but the host was great to deal with.

The trailer worked great and had everything provided that we would ever need! The owners were excellent to deal with and go out of their way to make sure booking details and the rental goes well! Nice folks!

Kristina was an excellent communicator during the booking process and before/after we picked up the unit. Ryan was very thorough and helpful as he got us on the road. The trailer pulled very well with the sway bars, was well equipped and comfortable. On our first night, we camped where we had accessory power, so plugged in to conserve battery. Everything worked great the remaining four nights. We never used the lights (we go to bed before it's dark), and would only switch on/off the pump when needed to flush the toilet or pump a little water to wash dishes. We didn't use the stereo or any other power sources. The fridge ran off propane. Periodically over the weekend we would start the truck up and let it run for a bit while hooked to the trailer. I diligently checked the info panel daily to make sure we were good for battery, still had room in the tanks etc.as I had concerns about putting the slide back in for our trip home. We were woken up at 12:30 am on our last night in the unit when the CO2/propane detector went off, flashing alternating red/green lights that indicated a fault. A light on the fridge (running solely on propane at that time) also flashed indicating there was a problem. We were understandably concerned about CO2/propane leaks, so we turned off the propane to the fridge, disarmed the CO2 detector alarm (as the reset button did nothing and we and our neighbours needed to get back to sleep) and went back to bed. When we woke up, all lights on the stereo were flashing on and off, as was the warning light on the fridge. None of the overhead lights in the unit would work, nor were the pump, slide or awning operational. We checked the fuses, and the info panel which stated the battery power for the unit was still 3/4 full. We started the truck (a one-ton with two brand new batteries) and let it run for almost an hour, but still, nothing electrical would work, except the flashing lights on the stereo and fridge. We asked RV experienced friends on site what they thought, and the consensus was perhaps an electrical short somewhere in the unit. (It had rained the night before.) We left the unit (parked at a secure, private residence belonging to friends who were in attendance), with the door closed and keys inside, to drive the 15 mins to get cell service. We contacted Kristina, who was very polite and prompt in her replies, explained the situation and sent videos of the info panel showing battery power still left, the flashing lights, CO2 detector etc. She stated she would drive out to the unit to try and determine what was wrong. We asked if she needed us to be there, and she said no, so we started the long drive back home. I understand the need to charge us extra for Kristina to pick up the vehicle. However, we are still a bit perplexed about how the issue could have been a drained battery given the circumstances and abnormal electrical activity described above, rather than some other cause such as the unit having a short. I regularly haul a large dump trailer with the truck, and it has no problems charging the trailer's batteries so that the dump function is operational when needed. We would rent the unit again if the need arose. Thank you, Kristina and Ryan!
