Everything about my experience with Mert and this trailer was INCREDIBLE. Mert truly went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure we had a good experience. The trailer was a huge upgrade from our typical tenting situation and having hot and cold running water, BBQ, big comfortable, heated (yes that's right, heated!!) beds etc. made our week of camping so much more comfortable! Everything was clean and functional and we ended up having a great time. Zero complaints. HIGHLY recommend this trailer to anyone!! Thank you for everything Mert

The owner is lovely, and responsive via text, but beware if you've never used a tent trailer before. So many things could go wrong, and we ended up damaging his trailer without even knowing it and had to pay for it. He spent quite some time with us showing us how to open it up, and he does have a basic list for how to put it up/down. However, it is not detailed enough and there are some finicky points to his trailer which he warned us about but in the moment you don't know what to do. It took more than an hour to set up and more than an hour to take down. With respect to the process, I booked the trailer months in advance, but he arrived with his family the night before from a trip and so the trailer wasn't ready with the mattress protectors or bedding (which I paid for when booking). I paid for the bedding knowing I didn't have the space to carry them or right sizes for the mattresses. He did give me a refund for them, but I would have preferred the bedding to decrease my carrying load for 6 people. The mattresses are very uncomfortable; I would have been better off in an actual tent with an air mattress. During his family trip he also broke the stabilizer for the trailer, so we needed to use a car jack to set the trailer straight. There's no air conditioning, or bike rack with this trailer, so plan for that. We also couldn't use the toilet or shower inside. Finally, the fridge takes 24h to cool down, so you still need a cooler with all your stuff. I can safely say I will never use a tent trailer again!

We really enjoyed using RVezy for our last camping adventure. We rented this tent trailer. The owner was very helpful and make the process smooth. He even offered a one-hour meeting prior to our trip so that he could demonstrate the set up and take down of the trailer. We will definitely use RVezy again!

Definitely five stars. Meet went above and beyond what we expected. Invited us over a week prior to give us a complete tutorial on everything about his tent trailer. The unit was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Made it very easy to drive and handle. We will definitely book his unit again when the time comes. Thank you Mert and RVezy.

Mert has been extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The trailer was implacable, spacious and clean. We definitely enjoyed the trip and will rent it again in the future.
