Aaron E.août 2019Sarah was an absolute pleasure, very kind and made sure we had all our questions answered before heading out on the road. I'm leaving 4star rating because I feel there can be a few things done to the trailer to make sure others experience is that much better. The latch on the door was broken - we are glad it was not windy because if it was taking things in and out of the trailer would have been a pain (notified before we left). The latch on the emergency window - This would not stay tightly closed, I would need to pull over a couple times to fix this, this should be fixed A.S.A.P as I would hate to see the window fall out on the highway. No shower curtain - I had a shower one morning and water got all over the floor of the bathroom, I'm glad my clothes where there or water would have been everywhere. All in all it was a great experience, I left 4 stars because I feel no matter who you are and what you have to offer there is and always will be room for improvement. Thanks again to Sarah for allowing us to rent the trailer, she was a absolutel pleasure.- Marg W.août 2019Thank you
