Ben towed our trailer himself, communication was good and the trailer was returned on time, in good condition. We felt bad that we forgot to mention that a 7-point harness would be required for the lights, as Ben had only a 4-pin harness upon arrival; they purchased an adapter locally and they were safely on their way. We offered to purchase the adaptor from Ben, on his return, but he hung on to it, so he'll be good for any future rentals! While we understand that there were some minor hiccups with hooking up water to the trailer at their serviced site, we also understand that there is a lot of information to take in on an initial walk-about, especially when you are new to the travel trailer experience. We are currently looking at putting together a booklet for the trailer to help guide renters through any minor issues they may experience, and we are always only a phone call or text away for anything that may not be covered. We'd be happy to rent to Ben again with a repeater's discount in the future.
