Elie and Tanya returned our trailer without damage. The trailer was cleaned and anything they couldn't do, there was an explanation for it. The BBQ wasn't clean, but we hadn't included a brush, so that was understandable. They were courteous and respectful and left suggestions for us, as we requested, for amenities that we could include, ie steak knives and BBQ brush and an extension for the power cord. This is a new trailer and our first rental and we appreciated their patience with us. Phil and Judy
