Ashley's RV was perfect for our trip to the US. The unit is very modern and was clean upon pickup, and Ashley was very responsive and supportive throughout.

Mechanically the RV performed adequately. We were unable to open the living room pull out for 7 days of our trip. Also we could not get the oven and the furnace to work.during the entire trip. The owner was made aware of the situation and offered to pay for any repairs required. However, we were in a remote location ( Cabot trail) where RV service was unavailable. We continued on our trip and completed our trip successfully. Upon our return we completed an inspection of the RV with the owner who found the vehicle in good order. A couple of days the owner informed me that she had found some damages to the passenger door. Neither I nor the owner noticed any damages during the post trip inspection. She proposed to nullify the payment of $300 for the inconvenience of not having access to the living room pull out and the furnace and oven plus $100 for the extra mileage. I agreed to the arrangement as long as I recover the entire security deposit of a $1000. Considering the inconveniences we enjoyed a wonderful trip.

Ashley and Sean's RV was the highlight of our weekend! A luxurious stay that was spotless, modern, fully equipped, and more comfortable than home! I hope we can book it again next year, and for longer. Thanks again!
