Jeff communicated quickly with us and delivered and setup the RV trailer. He informed us in advance that we had to bring our own bedding while some basics were in the trailer. In general, we had a great experience. Trailer seems almost brand new, everything including A/C worked without issues.

Jeff was great to deal with. Nice little trailer. It wasn’t very clean upon arrival so we had to clean the bathroom before we could use it. During Covid times I expected it would have been extra clean so we did have to go purchase cleaning supplies so we could use it.

Jeff was so easy to communicate with and the trailer was clean and exactly what we needed.

We would have given a better rating but we had to spend 2 hours cleaning the unit before use. We returned it cleaner than we received it and still we were charged a cleaning fee!
