Pros: Very well equipped van. Cody thought of every detail and even included toilet paper and paper towels and cleaning wipes. Kitchen spices like garlic, onion powder were helpful. Comes with propane, kitchen pots, utensils, dishes, cups, detergent Dish bin was so helpful so we can carry all the supplies to be washed in the camping kitchen sink. Water container was extremely helpful-Cody took me to fill it up in natural springs when we picked up the car. Bed is comfortable. Surprisingly there was enough room for storage and 2 adults to move about. Brenda does very well with gas mileage. Con: It is an older car and I had to drive it gingerly when going up and down the hill to avoid engine and brakes going awry. Having said that, there were no issues with driving it all over Jasper, Banff and Yoho. The windows get drafty at nights. In mid Sept, temp went down to high 30F in the mountains and it got very cold. With space blanket to trap the body heat, our torsos were warm but the air itself was very cold to breath. The bedding and carpeting had dog hair-we were told of it in the beginning-I have allergies and had to wash the sheet, cover the mattress with plastic, clean the carpet of the hair, so my vacation won't be ruined by allergic reaction. I did not have any histamine reaction but we compulsively cleaned the car of hair that seems to seep out of bedding and corners of the car daily. Was a minor annoyance.

Overall, we had an amazing time and road trip in Brenda! Firstly, the customer care we received from the onset was superb and very attentive. Sasha and Cody were both incredibly helpful before we'd arrived in Canada, right up until when we left for our plane. Any issues or questions we had they were only a phone call away which, when coming from the UK and being in a completely new country in a van we didn't know, made us feel very safe and comfortable. We felt that the customer service we received was much better than any we would get from a big rental company. They provide a park pass which is incredibly handy, allowing us to roam about the national parks with out having to worry about sorting our own pass. There was plenty of storage space all over the van, including in the roof box, which made living very comfortable and spacious for 2 people. The van is super affordable and works out much cheaper than staying in hostels and renting a car to get around, its great having your home on wheels! It is also great on petrol and very cheap to run overall. We felt as though we had all the cooking materials we needed, plus some staple foods and spices to get us going. The pans were great quality and made cleaning much easier and quicker as they were non stick! When you're exploring the Rocky Mountains, all you need is a bed and some wheels to be satisfied and Brenda provides you with that and more! We had the most incredible holiday ever and it really was made more special by the van, Brenda became very special to us and we would like to thank Sasha and Cody for sharing her with us and setting us up for the best trip of our lives! 10/10 recommended.

We have rented Janis, the Mitsubishi Delica Van own by Sasha and Cody late August et early September 2019 for 14 nights. Let's talk first about Sasha and Cody. Wonderful people. We didn't had the chance to meet Sasha but she sent us emails and extremely helpful informations, always fast to reply, on point and thoughtful. We met Cody twice, at the beginning of our trip and at the end. His energy is contagious in a very good way, extremely sympatric, helpful. He gave us a lot of good tips, info about Janis (the van). They are truly genuine, organized, attentive, reachable and you really feel that they put their hearts into this very well organized "family" business. About Janis : this van is incredible. So easy to drive, even if the steering wheel is on the right side. The drive is smooth, the van is very well maintained. Janis seems to be a lot more younger than its real age. The interior is very well done and organised with enough storage. Janis is equipped with everything you need. The inside of the van is very well isolated. We slept like baby under the confortable duvet. We had an amazing time and an amazing trip with Janis. Thanks Sasha and Cody. We really hope that your business will grow. We will come back.

I had the best trip in Banff Park with the "Brenda". I was looking for something not too big (traveling alone), convenient and efficient and this is exactly what I got. The minivan is not super young, but in good shape, I had no trouble with it whatsoever. It is equipped with a very comfortable mattress with all needed linens. The storing spaces under the bed have been designed in a very convenient way, facilitating storage and access. With the car top carrier, I had more space than needed! It comes with all the needed camping equipment for two people. All working, very clean and in good condition. The included park pass is also an added value, consider it when comparing to other options ;) Let's not forget one of the highlights of my adventure: Sasha and Cody are SUPER hosts. From the beginning (inquiries about the vehicles, reservation, etc.) to the actual trip, they have been super quick at replying to my (many) messages and also very cool, relax and attentive when I took possession of my rental. To summarize, I'm already thinking about renting it next year again :) I highly recommend this vehicle and Canadian Van Lifers!
