Michael clearly expressed his needs and was very easy to communicate with. He asked that I set the trailer up for his family's arrival and kept me up to date on site location, his needs and his ETA. Michael and his family took great care of the tent trailer while they used it and had everything in order when I arrived to take the trailer down. This saved me time during teardown and with the inclement weather, this was appreciated. I would not hesitate to rent our tent trailer to Michael and his family again, in fact, we discussed this at pickup. Safe travels home Michael and hope to see you again!
