They arrived three hours late for the drop-off, which was inconvenient. When I picked up the trailer, it was covered in ash from a campfire and had a strong campfire odor inside. Additionally, the holding tanks were nearly full, with only a third of the fresh water used, and no explanation was provided for this. Communication and cleanliness could be improved.

For future, add someone else that can take trailer at drop off if you are going to be late. Or advise prior to leaving in your time changes. Will rent to them again. They were very apologetic and took great care of trailer.
