- Curtis N.juil. 2025The RV amazing and better than advertised. Also, the host was very accommodating and responsive each and every time I reached out with questions, no matter how small. This was my first time driving a RV and the videos made it much easier for me to feel confident in how to operate the RV in a responsible manner. 10/10 and definitely will be booking again soon!
- Thomas W.juil. 2024Livré par l’hôteMyself and 5 friends rented the Minnie Winnie for 5 days. It was a great RV, very clean and plenty of storage space in it. Host was very responsive, no issues at all. Would definitely rent again.

- Kinsley P.août 2022Amazing RV! Everything worked great and was super clean. We’ve never camped in an RV before and the owner was super helpful. He made sure we were confident with how everything worked, and was available if we had any questions. Would absolutely rent again!
- Jiwoong L.août 2022The owner is a gentleman, sincere in communication, and mostly responsive. The motorhome I rented served my family as a nest during the 5 days’ trip to Banff. Not only I appreciate the owner’s business, but also I appreciate the fact the owner let others use their own extended home - it is a nerve-wrecking process. While I recognize that I rent an RV for a journey of surprises, certainly the RV itself is the last place I had desired to find unpleasant surprises especially when I pay $400 per night, plus $450 for cleaning fee, Airport pickup, Propane refill, emptying septic. When the price reaches the fare of top-tier hotel at Banff peak season, I expect a proper, professionally prepared RV. 1. RV exterior was filthy; it was not cleaned at all. The windshield was infested by dead bug bodies up to the point it bothered driving visibility. The windshield wiper fluid was somehow malfunctioning. I had to hose down the windshield by myself in the middle of camping trip. 2. RV interior dashboard and the console was full of several-year-old dusts. The seats had many stains whose sources are untraceable. I had to wipe them off using wet tissues even before I could touch the steering wheel. 3. The beddings were not done. The RV supplied linens, blankets, and pillows. The hard part is linens. I usually expect the guest does not do linens by themselves; because flipping around a mattress and doing the linen is a painstaking chore. 4. The RV was full of headaching odors. It certainly smelled like tobacco or cannabis. It was too full, and we had to drive the entire window and ceiling fan open for 2 days before it became subdued. My entire family members suffered from headaches during that timeframe. I find other RV rentals have done this properly. Otherwise the high cleaning fee should have not been charged. When I reported these issues to the RV owner, he replied “he will clean after my trip”, which I have to say pointless. I am not here assisting the owner’s business for the next guests; instead I was pointing out the current guest is unsatisfied. Regarding the odor, the owner said he traced down the source to the newly installed mattress after the trip. It may, or it may not. At least I do not expect that type of odor from a new mattress. The add-on of $450 included the Airport Pickup. I don’t know if it is an industry standard that an Airport pickup means, the renters need to drag their luggages, to hop on a shuttle to an airport-external parking lot, pick up the RV by themselves, and pay the $48.34 parking fee out of their own pocket at the time of checkout. This is far from my definition of Airport Pickup. So I think much of $450 portion was not fulfilled. During the trip, we discovered 1. The gas oven switch was wide open. When I turned on the propane gas tank at the bottom of the RV, it took some time for my young son to smell strange in the RV cabin. It turned out that the gas was leaking. It could have posed a serious injury if we were testing an igniter or using a power socket. 2. The inner bin of the trash bin for kitchen area was missing 3. The RV stopped starting the engine once for a couple of minutes. 4. The air conditioner keeps the CFIR switch break constantly and it was barely usable, even when the RV power source was plugged in to the campsite’s 30A power source. If I turned off every cabin light do not use any power socket, the air conditioner worked for 10+ mins. But if any of the light is turned on, then the CFIR broke every minute I returned the RV with septic tank cleaned, and all back to sorted arrangement. Later owner found the power plug head broken and some furniture piece is missing - which I were unfortunately unaware of. In conclusion, the experience of renting out this RV was a mixed bag; full of thanks due to the fact that I was able to rent this RV and I met a great owner, and full of regrets that the RV’s high cost is far from worth.
- Rhythm H.juil. 2022Fantastic experience. 10/10 highly recommended stay. Drives smoothly, everything works well, and the owner is super friendly and accommodating.
- Teus K.août 2024Livré par l’hôtewe had a great time!
- Erin L.août 2025Livré par l’hôteThe Minnie Winnie was exactly as expected. Owner did try and charge some damages that were already there so just make sure to take in depth photos and test out the seats, blinds etc. Also - it doesn't say this in the booking documents but make sure to fully deep clean upon return.
