Hamdi and his wife were very friendly and it was important to them to ensure they knew how to use all facets of the RV. Anything that was unfamiliar to them, they contacted me, which is always appreciated. They did have a small accident that resulted in bumper damage but they informed me immediately and showed me pictures. They even took it to a body shop to have them consider how much it might cost me. Glad they were able to trial the RV experience with me.
