Margarita S.août 2021Darwin was great to deal with and responsive and really nice to let us use the gas tank at no extra cost, we really needed it to heat the trailer. Just wish the trailer worked fully with the water and it came with an awning but we managed, good thing I took a tarp as it rained a bit when we were away. The fridge took quite a bit to get cold but it worked later, I also had to wipe it down well as there was some mould and it was dirty. We also had a flat tire on the way back and thankfully we could change it with the tools my dad had in his trailer.
Alison H.août 2021My husband, two dogs and I were very happy and comfortable in this trailer. It was easy to tow with the provided hitch and so quick to set up/pack up compared to our tent trailer. Darwin was very quick in responding to my messages and gave us newbs a quick rundown of how to use everything. We'd absolutely rent this trailer again.

Having a large fridge and extra storage allowed us to bring all the necessities. Darwin was awesome and timely at answering all of our questions as I was new to the site and wasn't even sure about what I needed on my vehicle to tow initially. We didn’t realize that we could have rented from there and they would have set it up for us saving us pulling this trailer all the way out and back. But it served us well. The owner was upfront with letting us know the water heater didn’t work. We made sure it was cleaned when we returned it. It was easy to pick up as we live in Airdrie and it was stored in Airdrie. All is well and if there is a next time to rent we will do it where we rent from BC and save the truck. Thanks
