Micheal and Kathy were a pleasure to deal with. Everything went very smoothly aside from one hiccup with battery power and generator which they were very patient waiting for me to come up and fix for them. Also when picking up the trailer they were very honest with any problems, unfortunately they had broken the stove glasstop but were very sorry about it and had no issues paying for the replacement. I would definitely rent to them again.
