The unit worked well for us. Lots of room and storage. The double sided fridge was also very nice to have.

For the most part the RV was good We had trouble opening one side of the RV and the host didn't answer the call, even after back and forth text the problem didn't resolve and throughout the trip the side didn't open, other then that the experience itself was very good

Inside needs a deep clean. The RV was absolutely filthy. Half hearted cleaning on the outside. Sink had food bits, every corner had dirt and under the folding bed was an absolute disaster. Everything on the RV did function properly and had we received it clean, the experience would have been much more enjoyable.

Not sure where they claim the other King size mattress is, above the driver seat is a double at best. (would only sleep 9 adults max, with 3 on king, the couch pullout double sags) Exterior locks all very weathered, No key provided for actual lock on door, (only latch lock) Key that fit into the actual lock broke because I assumed wrongfully that a key was provided and the lock was as weathered as the storage ones.. Thankfully both driver side window panes no longer are attached to the frame and can be slid open by hand from the outside. So all you need to break into the RV is a ladder or a friend to boost you up. Thankfully we never needed to leave the RV for long periods of time but It is not very secure. Rest of the RV has definitely seen lots of wear and tear. Check engine light is on and the Engine doesn't sound great (wouldn't take it on long trips) Table top is internally broken and barely stays level with weight on it. Motor that retracks the bed above the drivers seat is shot and has to be manually raised. RV seemed clean upon pickup, but after we arrived at the campsite, extended everything out there were old moldy food crumbs and dirt all over, very disgusting. We left it in much better condition than it was given to us, and hosts didn't bother to check. Sensors on the Black and grey water tanks were apparently just blocked w toilet paper and wasn't a problem upon pickup, but after emptying the tanks fully myself still showed and then was a problem for the Host upon drop off. Lastly hosts will try and swindle you out of gas money as they keep it around 1/4 tank, instead of full like most rentals. Would not rent from them again.

Shanty was great to deal with. Will look forward to renting to them in the future.
