John is great to deal with, good communication throughout the rental . I'm new to RV's so had a few questions here and there about proper operation and he answered promptly. Very flexible with drop off and pick up times. Trailer was clean and set up before I arrived at the site. Big outdoor mat provided under the awning area was nice to keep the trailer clean. BBQ was also set up and ready to go. Lots of plates, cups, cutlery etc available. Cast iron skillet is well seasoned and finding the bocce balls was great bonus.
