There was a misunderstanding as James expected our van to have a bathroom and toilet. Unfortunately there is none, but he decided to rent the van anyways. We are sorry he was disappointed by that, but couldn't do anything about it as this issue had come up just few days before the booking. We are sorry James had more of an RV expectations so he didn't enjoy our van as much as we would like him to.
