Renter DID NOT read description of what was included in rental. Renter advised did not need pump out as would not be using water, however he filled the water holding tank and used filling up the grey water.. When we picked up the trailer renter had taken it upon himself to Jack the trailer up off it’s wheels. We set up for him and did a walk through and he advised great.
