Le propriétaire devrait informer ses clients que la génératrice n’est pas fonctionnelle ce qui implique que l’air climatisé ne fonctionne pas en camping sauvage ! Nous avons due modifier notre itinéraire de voyage pour faire du camping avec des services ( ce que nous ne voulions pas au départ ) car la chaleur accablante ne nous permettait pas de dormir ! Très déçu, je ne recommande pas ce VR

We enjoyed our trip on this Mercedes RV. It was easy to drive and comfortable. All the storage space is very practical but the living space is compact. The owner and his son were friendly, easy to contact and helped us when needed.

Perfect motorhome for a family of 6 people, very clean, all new, without any odor, comfortable, bathroom, kitchen, everything in perfect condition! Congratulations, we had a perfect trip 🙏

This was our first ever RV trip and it was an amazing experience. Everything was explained to us during pick up and in case something went wrong, what steps should be taken. Owners were super easy to get a hold of. The RV is very clean and spacious. We are already considering booking again for our next camping trip.

We had a great time in a well functioning and reliable vehicle with a great host who was very helpful and always replied quickly when there where any questions.

Camper owner Serif and his families are very helpful and nice. I am a first time user, he and his son gave me a excellent presentation about the camper before I use it. In addition, owner family answered all my questions during the trip and very considerate. The camper is perfect driving condition, clean and multi functional. It’s a excellent choice for long and short trips. Believe me, you shouldn’t miss it!

Our RV experience was going great until we ran into issues with battery power and as a result fridge not working and generator not working unless RV was running. An important step with regards to how to handle power surges was not explained properly during the initial walk through. Knowing where the location of the main breaker and how to restore power if something trips the power should have been explained . This caused us to end our vacation early. This could of been avoided and should be explained to all future renters.

Great RV with some necessary kitchen and outdoor equipment’s including picnic chairs, small table, extension cords, outdoor lights etc. It was a excellent experience for me and my family. Thank you for the hospitality and friendly business.

Overall is good. There are just a few things not working properly like awning, fridge door, storage lock. The owner will have it fixed so the next renter should be fine. Tow hitch is included in the price in the ads, not addon option, but I was told it is $20/night, however, I was not charged for that at the end. There are some little stuff were provided for free to compensate the awning not working issue but I just didn't have any chance to use it or don't need it.

The RV had a few issues with the battery but Serif was very responsive and even returned to the camp site to assist us. The RV was very clean.

We're so lucky to start our 1st RV camping with Serif. He and the family are super friendly and helpful. Serif is very responsive to all of our questions and small issues we had during our trip. The RV trailer is very new, clean and in a great condition. We had a great time in our trip.

Very Happy

Vehicle was very clean upon pickup, a quick walk around to explain the units functions was performed and everything was clear and easy to understand. The CamperVan is easy to drive, has plenty of powet and is easy to manœuvre when traveling. We truly enjoyed our first CamperVan experience.

Very easy to deal with and very friendly. We had a mishap with the awning (which was totally our fault) and he was very understanding and kind about the incident. The kids and I really enjoyed the RV. It was quite comfortable and easy to use.

Pick up was easy and the unit was explained. Everything worked . Minor glitches were missing water hose washers and a stiff door latch. Return was easy. All well. Unit was comfortable and we enjoyed it.
