We requested delivery straight to our campsite and we were so happy with the communication, flexibility, and service! The RV had all the essentials and exceeded our expectations.

This was our first time renting and driving a RV. During the pick-up of the rental Stephane goes over everything to do with the setup of the awning and slide out as well as all functions of tanks and generator. Any questions you had was answered. No questions were dumb. Then came the Tour de France....lol France goes through everything inside the RV with you, nothing is not shown to you before you leave, and all questions answered. Everything worked as it should with no issues. I would highly recommend renting from Stephane and France. Very nice people. I will be back to rent again if available.

Stéphane et sa conjointe (tous deux très sympathiques) nous ont bien expliqué le fonctionnement des divers systèmes avant le départ et étaient disponibles pour nos éventuelles questions. It comes with a lot of useful equipment. Stephane is very reliable owner, communication was easy and we received answers swiftly when a questions appeared, as it happens to relatively new RVers like us. Happy to rent the vehicle again!

La prise de possession s’est bien passée, ils nous ont bien expliqué toutes les fonctionnalités du VR et ont pointé tous les petits extras qui ont rendu notre séjour formidable. Contents showed lots of consideration for renters' needs. The owners were incredibly accommodating and easy to deal with. We would heartily recommended this RV!- Xianjie T.oct. 2020The owner has a thorough process for pickup and return. The responses are prompt and precise and the owner is very accommodating. We are group of 4 and thr RV has plenty of room. The RV is clean, well equipped and fully functional. Driving is smooth. Typically my wife woukd get car sick but not this time! The owner thoughtfully provided an electric heater for the night so we had very quite nights and good sleep ( typically you would rely on heating fan in the RV which is super noisy). Overall we had a fun and satisfactory trip. Definitely we will return and recommend this RV to the community.

Stephan T.août 2024Stephane et sa conjointe sont de superhôtes. Malgré de petits soucis avec le VR (tous les VR en ont), ils sont demeurés disponibles et accommodants tout au long de notre voyage qui a duré près d'un mois. Merci pour cette expérience remplie de souvenirs.
