The owner acknowledged the deficiencies and did his best to rectify the issues in a timely fashion. The trailer was delivered and picked up on time. It was in good overall shape with everything working properly.

Michelle G.juin 2021The water heater didn’t work for our entire trip (neither the electric or gas options). This was a definite nuisance. Owner tried his best to troubleshoot via messages but we are not water heater techs (nor should we need to be!) and we lost a full day trying to figure it out. I don’t think it was intentional on the part of the owner but if he knew the heater was faulty, it should be fully functional before being rented. Owner agreed to refund one night to compensate but then my Dad lost the key on our last day so they agreed to call it even.

Michael A.oct. 2020Everything was great Sean was very accommodating with pick up and drop off times and use of trailer and its accessories only issuse we had with the trailer was the water pump was very loud and didn't work most of the time other than that it was a good experience and would rent from him agian as long as the pump issue is fixed

Owner was very understanding and sourced out where he could get the replacement Part for the best price instead of taking us for a ride which we were very grateful for. Loved our first experience renting through Rvesy!
