Chen and his wife were very friendly. They asked to pick up the RV early 8am and we had agreed for them to return it on or before 4pm. They were an hour and half late returning it. He only messaged me once he was 5 minutes away letting me know he was at the gas station filling up. I had called him and left a message once the first 30 minutes was past. I only asked if everything was ok and if he could give me an update. Once the RV was returned the parking brake was still engaged, the dashboard panel above the parking brake was pulled off, the uncovered air vents were left open while it was in motion, the black water reservoir was still 1/3 full, they used the table top as a cutting board (we supply 2 cutting boards which I showed them during our walkaround), they took stuff home (which they returned later) and the propane was not refilled (although they did think they could go to any gas station to have it filled. So I'm partially to blame as I didn't advise them where to go).
