This was our first time to use a trailer having only camped with a tent previously. Casey could answer any question we sent her which was important to us. She also helped us understand the value of using the app. We are now so much better informed and for future know how much more efficient communication can be. As a first time renter we learned lots. Thank you Casey for answering all of our questions.

She was so nice and was super flexible with delivering the trailer later when our flight into Grande Prairie was delayed. The trailer was awesome and was really clean and easy to hookup and set up.
