All we had to do was move in and start using it. Lynn and Grant also went above and beyond on the first day when we had truck issues - very much appreciated!! Grant and Lynn were very friendly and accommodating people and easy to communicate with. They delivered the trailer ahead of schedule, they were super friendly and gave a hands on tutorial on everything we needed to know for the RV. The RV itself accommodated 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) easily, it came fully equipped with everything you might need (including a Keurig coffee maker!!!) and had board games, which entertained us all. The A/C worked well to cool the trailer before going to bed and no complaints were had. And the beds themselves were perfect. The only downside was the trip itself was too short. Next time, it will be longer. Again, special thanks to Lynn and Grant for making our quick getaway easy, enjoyable and a breeze. Thanks

The unit was very clean and functional with lots of little extras to make your stay more comfortable. I would certainly recommend the RV. Our visit to Sandbanks was very relaxing.
