He was flexible when I needed to adjust both the drop-off location and the rental dates for the RV. He personally met me to hand over the RV, walked me through how to use the equipment, and made sure I felt comfortable. Throughout the process, he was attentive and responsive to my concerns, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

The RV was very comfortable, clean and well-stocked- lots of counterspace in the kitchen area, comfy recliners and couch in the living area, and firm queen mattress. Matt delivered the RV and set it up as promised, making this a very enjoyable and trouble-free experience. I would recommend Matt and Shannon's RV highly!
